Of Mayfair Shopping And Entertainment Complex.
Built By The Famous Architect Kenneth Trisher,
It Became A Work Of Art, Timberlands From All
Over The World Were Considered Before A Final
Selection Or Ironwood From The Amazon Was
Chosen For Its Special Durability. Esculptural
Plaster Ceiling And Stained Glass Windows By
Louis Confort Tiffany, Purchased For The Hotel
From Christie*S Fine Arts Auction House,
Esculptural Desk And Arm Chairs Where The
Receptionist Greet The Guests With Respect
That Was Once Used When Selling Jewelry To
Customers At Tiffany. Twenty Master Craftmen
Helped To Interpret The Architect*S Idea,
Artists In Miami, Woodcarvers In The Caribbean,
Hardware Makers In Hong Kong, Carpenters In
Central American, As Well As North Carolina,
Georgia, And Colorado. Hand Painted Tiles Came
From Tampa, Florida. To Further Enhance The
Interior, Treister Bought Antique Carpets,
Rugs, And Furniture From China, Art Nouveau
From Paris, And Marble From Guatemala. This
Hotel Took 2 Years To Design And 3 To Build.
Only Materials And Objects Of Enduring Quality,
Brass, Mahogany, And Marble Were Used To
Maintain The History Of This Piece Of Art. |
